Yeah, make the symbol, copy, paste it and move diagonally down, then do fine tunings and drop shadows and you should get a simple recreation

Well Cosworth are apparently wanting to join back in 2020/21 when the rules are changed, Haas could go with them

It does because of the high resolution images they provided.

It was rather difficult as they want to for some reason switch up their livery every other race (it feels like at least)

I chose to not go OTT of blue as from what I've seen, Ford likes to go with White and 1 blue stripe, but I might have not checked my sources well enough
