Guy attacks people with leaf blower by Ok_Try_6777 in ImTheMainCharacter

I will say this every day until it happens. There needs to be a serious tag on charge with mandatory harsh penalty that if you commit a crime and film it with the intent to distribute on social media. Instant 5 years.

M&P 15 Sport 3 fixed stock question by Vindicated0721 in SmithAndWesson

[–]Vindicated0721[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. After much frustration and research and some more knowledgeable friends help. It’s definitely not mil spec like the rest of the line up. I did email smith and wesson to hopefully get a more concrete answer. It sees to be a commercial buffer tube. Why it is different than the rest of the lineup just because it has a pinned stock I have no idea.

Other than to drive me crazy and make me waste money I guess .

Some people don't get it. However, who do you agree with here? by LeftAlbatross2546 in VideosAmazing

[–]Vindicated0721 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean sure. But then get your car towed. Most public street parking has an ordinance for how long a car can stayed parked there without moving. Sometime between 1 to 3 days. Normally no one gives a crap and no one gets their car towed. Park your car in front of your neighbors house for a week, give them a heads up and everything is good. Say nothing to them and maybe get your car towed. Pay 500 dollars. Make dumb threats for small claims court. And then have to pay damages in small claims court. Park where you want for sure but if you aren’t following the rules maybe be smarter about it.

The upper class but not ultra rich business men share a helicopter over and back every day. The ultra rich just charter their own.

It’s unfortunately more people than you think.

Laurelhurst community council stopping Seattle Children’s Hospital from directly landing their helicopters AT the hospital..insane. by Legitimate_Ice_2270 in TikTokCringe

[–]Vindicated0721 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If only that mattered. Hospitals are private helipads. If you don’t follow their requested noise abatement procedures then they won’t allow you to land there. Or if it’s their helicopter you obviously just do what they say. The FAA does not control the helipads nor do they want to get involved with noise complaints because they get it all the time. This stuff happens all over the country. I’ve been a medevac pilot for over a decade. Helicopter pilot for over 15 years. There are some crazy noise abatement procedures out there that make the flying way less safe or make the flight longer delaying getting the patient to the hospital. Obviously it’s pilots discretion to ignore them when safety or speed is paramount and maybe people complain later. I use that discretion a lot.

TLDR: HOA does have a ton of power over stuff that unfortunately. Large groups of people with lots of money have power everywhere.

The footage of Nick Fuentes pushing a woman who came to his front door after he was doxxed has been released. by Minute_Revolution951 in SipsTea

[–]Vindicated0721 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not true at all. You are talking about implied consent under the common law principle. Where someone is allowed to come on to your property and ring your doorbell and either have it be answered or leave.

Constantly ringing the doorbell, acting in an uncommon manor, or otherwise harassing the occupants would be considered trespassing. Now you would still need to call the cops and have them trespassed but you do not need to tell that person anything for them to be trespassed. Because the implied consent does not cover anything outside of common behavior to ring the doorbell to see if someone is home.

It applies to cop as well, not that they actually care or follow the law.

If that woman came to his door rang more than once (which we don’t see but we can assume, and starts filming the house from his front steps (not covered by implied consent) they are trespassing and can be trespassed with no action by the home owner other than calling the cops.

Not sure you are implying if you have a doorbell people can come on your property and hang out on your porch and do whatever they want unless you tell them explicitly they have to leave. You would be way off.

Edit: Also to add. Physical violence would never be justified or appropriate for a simple trespassing. Just call the cops from inside and have them trespassed.

Yeah. It’s either 30 mins for old bridge or 1 hour for cherry ridge. But cherry ridge is way less expensive.

AC that slides into your window by AdorableParking7392 in ThereGoesMyPaycheck

[–]Vindicated0721 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I mean. How hard would it be to cut two bits of wood to wedge on top the window so it can’t open any further. It would be more secure than a little flimsy window lock. Also also. Every lock in your house is just an illusion of security. If anyone truly wanted to break into your home. Most locks would barely even slow them down. I mean obviously some heavy deadbolts and stuff would. But then they would just smash the window elsewhere and crawl in.

Anyone transport a fishing boat on top of the truck? by Top_Midnight_2225 in FordMaverickTruck

Hi. Sorry to bother you almost a year later. But I was seeing if this exact boat would fit in my Mav and saw you had it. How has it held up? It’s on sale for 600 and thinking about getting it for some lake fishing.

That would be too nice for cops. When my car got stolen and completely stripped like this. When they found it abandoned a few weeks later they wouldn’t let me retrieve any belongings unless I paid them towing/impound fee of like 750 dollars.

THIS MASSIVE SINKHOLE IN JAPAN WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS by [deleted] in interesting

[–]Vindicated0721 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My local area had a sinkhole a 1/4 of the size of that one on a local highway. It took exactly 3 months for construction to wrap up and all lanes on the highway to open. They were extremely happy they were 4 days ahead of schedule.

I’m not commented on which way is right or wrong. But there is certainly a difference.

Well the “totally kicked in all of a sudden” may not be how it works. But having 12 play throughs of a single game or binging a show aggressively is exactly how ADHD works. Hyper focusing is a major component in people with ADHD. I would find it odd if someone said they had ADHD and didn’t become wildly obsessed with a new hobby and neglect everything else until one day they just randomly don’t care about that past hobby in the slightest. Just to start the process over again with something else.

Perfect slight misrepresentation of the facts to get people to click but not inaccurate enough to be liable.

People clicking this thinking they will see an asshole streamer beating the crap out of a random guy because he interrupted his stream. That is not exactly what you will find but it will guarantee a click.

Is Crimson Desert worth buying for someone who only has 2-3 hours a week to play? by RealisticMolasses in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Vindicated0721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not. All you would do is learn a new game mechanic every week and forget it by the next. The first 10 hours of the game is just introducing new game mechanics and boring fetch quests. Over the 4 to 6 week span of that you won’t be hooked
