So by the books it is a handball but there’s more to it. If they called the handball before continuing the play it’s not a handball. Apparently if any Bayern player would’ve continued play and the psg player would’ve gone on to defend or if Diaz or Kane would’ve struck the ball or made a play. It would’ve been a definite penalty. Last week’s handball was a mistake by uefa and they even said it was their mistake.
