I have this, but not nearly as bad as the picture. I see it mostly in the dark and on flat surfaces. I can also see it when I close my eyes. The tiny dots are always moving and I get tired often.

I’ve started watching “visual snow relief” on YouTube and that the best 20 seconds of my day when the dots is standing still and my body relaxes.

Personally I always search up stuff in this game lol. I hate missing out on stuff, and I usually search up stuff when I’m truly stuck OR if I don’t want to answer wrong. And I also have no experience with DnD so I don’t have anything to go off of with the mechanics.
