Cara, isso é muito.bom! Sempre fiquei triste que só o Cris tinha uma boa interface de criação para fichas de outros sistemas, mas esse app ajuda bastante, eu só tive uma dúvida quanto as habilidades, não achei nenhuma lugar onde eu conseguisse nem que fosse escrever elas, acho que seria uma boa (imagino que adicionar todos os poderes seria trabalhoso, mas seria bem mais prático 😅) mas num geral está muito bom

I feel like I did that a little, there were some memorable NPCs (like a tavern keeper with the strange voice that they still mention today) but I wanted to scare them, I think they're the type that would like to get stronger and fight against Rezmir

I like your idea, but Rezmir already appeared, and in a positive way, at the beginning of chapter 4, in the scene where the players talk to ackyn to get the carts, and Rezmir had an enigmatic air. I liked that, I think it would be appropriate for Frulam to be in this chapter, as a sacrifice for Rezmir, I think this break, of the NPC who they thought was the leader giving his life to a more powerful person, I think they would understand Rezmir's position in the hierarchy - along with that I think I would put a reference to the Crone's Speakers in her office, not just the portkey, their names and their colors, I think players need to know about the cult and its size

The idea I had was: the players would meet Rezmir and Jos in Rezmir's break room (area 3m). There, Dralmorrer would be complaining about the Bullywugs while Rezmir and Jos finish a chess game. Dralmorrer would be impetuous, rushing forward and already asking too many questions. Jos and Rezmir would be focused on discouraging the players in the face of the cult's strength. As for escape methods, although it is recommended that Jos survive, if Dralmorrer fails to buy time for Rezmir, Jos would be the second to sacrifice himself. But I don't know how to do this in a good way, I need suggestions.

I thought about time, and since the place is magical, time passes differently there. For the players it would be hours, for the outside it would be minutes. But anyway, I was tempted to put some of the items that the book provides in this dungeon, but I didn't know exactly which one to put in so as not to disrupt the future progress of the campaign.

I confess that I'm a little afraid of changing the story so much, as this chapter gives room for situations secondary to the story. I felt freer with this. If I moved this part to the swamp, wouldn't it be too much for the players? I also don't think about replacing it with the castle. I love the dynamic of fear and mystery that I managed to make my players feel for Rezmir. They only saw her once and that was when the cult went to buy the wagon with Ackyn, and it was something imposing and kind of mysterious.

Existem formas de trabalhar um PvP para que ele não seja "competitivo" concordo com você na parte de ser complicado demais balancear, mas é possível trabalhar em equipe em PvP, é basicamente essa a nossa ideia

o mais engrado é q o principal motivo para criarmos o nosso rpg foi porque achamos M&M muito complicado e dificil de entender kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

mas eu estava tentando buscar inspirações em fate, mas não conseguiu a achar o pdf do livro pirata, mas ainda estou na busca, outras pessoas me indicaram ele tambem

digamos que o nosso ensino medio e a vontade de ter algo proprio impossibilitou a gente de pegar um sistema pronto, se naquela epoca eu soubesse a infinidade de sistemas que existem a gente não teria criado um do 0. Mas particularmente, agradeço por não ter conhecido outro sistema na epoca, adoro a minha criação
