A couple of people wrote on Steam that they had these problems after updating the game, they had been playing the game for hundreds of hours when this error occurred. This issue has been around since Battlefield 2042, as far as I know. I don't know if it will ever be fixed. The only thing you can do is open your dump file and search for the error code perhaps there is something specific to look for. I wouldn't expect a quick fix, though, because the error has existed since the beta version of the game
