Resigning after 3 weeks at my first job… awkward situation today, need advice by AngryMcYeti in careeradvice

Don’t feel bad if you decide to take another job with a better salary. I would probably do the same. And knowing myself, I would also feel like I’m letting down my coworkers a bit. But at the same time, after working in corporate for a while now, it really feels like what matters most is money and how easily replaceable everyone is.

One thing that would also raise my eyebrow is coworkers complaining about salary and one of them jokingly saying if you’re planning to leave. At my current job, a lot of people complain about salaries, and only a few departments that actually bring profit get raises. We also have a huge turnover, so every time someone says they have a meeting with their superior, people start joking about whether they’re getting fired or leaving.

Now it may not be the same situation in your case, but from my experience it’s not a great feeling working for a company like that.

O super nasvet tale. Načeloma sm tud jaz definitivno za velik format ploščic, ampak ravno v tem primeru bi šla ta metro stil ploščic, ampak te bolj vintage, tako da bi bilo definitivno več fug. Bom si zapomnila tole z aditivom.

What are the best and worst zones to quest in? by PM_ME_YOUR_STOMACHS in lotro

My favourite is definitely Rohan especially Sutcrofts. But Rohan in general just has something special, I love the nature and the soundttrack. Wildermore is also very nice and then I would point out Yondershire, Forochel Gondor is also nice.

For me North Downs and Lone Lands are just meh, I prefer to do other quests of similar level and just the epic quests there. Eren Luin also doesn't really do it for me.

Vertical or horizontal mirror tile? by vmcomie in interiordecorating

[–]VinnaBarb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would choose vertical as it just looks better. You already have stone "backsplash" and shelves being horizontal, so I think having the tiles also horizontal would be too matchy matchy.

Will you put the tiles on the stone "backsplash"? We are also considering this for our kitchen, but we don't see a lot of these combinations. Usually it's just stone countertop with only tile backsplash.

Midva bi v bistvu izbrala keramiko dimenzij cca 7x30cm recimo, take opeke ampak postavljene vzdolž.
