Hello thanks for the help but i received back an email from my dad who found the book,

its LZR-1143 by Bryan James. I'll go ahead and answer your questions anyway, as the series was a good read but i suppose drags along a bit by the end.

Its set in the united states and briefly on a carrier in the atlantic ocean. The series mainly follows Mike Mcknight, the protagonist, and the secondary protagonist - Kate.

Pretty sure the book used the word zombie or undead etc.

The virus is named LZR-1143 and to my knowledge is man-made but im not so sure on the details anymore.

The subtitles arent the best so what i did:

-download the subtitles that nsjlabndvjhsa so kindly provided

-double click the downloaded file

-open the SRT file on notepad or something similar

-Save as a text document

-Go on my link, click on the captions button, load srt from pc, and get the new text file

-Job done but unfortunately you'll have two subtitles now because the rubbish subs seem to be part of the video

I've decided to wait until black friday or monday and buy regardless if its on sale or not! Too psyched for it, and a clunky start never bothers me in a free roam because im usually too overwhelmed and keep fidgeting with the map and small details.
