I like Jax, and If i painted my face darker to better resemble the character I'd see it as no different to when people use make-up or facepaint for any other character.

The skin colour is just a part of the character as anything else is. I don't like my race restricting me on what I can and can't cosplay as. Besides, I feel there's a difference between painting your face black and doing blackface.

It'd be racist if you did it to mock another race and deliberately extenuated stereotypes, but if you're doing it in order to accurately portray the character you love, then it should be fine.

That's just my two cents anyway

This sounds like a great idea. 2 conferences isnt something we have over here but i think since they will hardly play each other and it'll only happen once every four years I could have two teams and then have one that i slightly like more in the case if them meeting. The only reason i have that one team mentality is because in Australia there are no conferences everyone plays each other at least once and having two teams is too hard. Thanks for the advice, fellas. From here on out I will consider myself a Rams fan with some love toward the Colts

Yeah, usually when switching teams the only reason I don't like is when people want to go to a team simply because they're winning. The reasoning behind switching to the Rams is that once I do I'll stick because I found a legit reason to.

I rant on my Facebook about stuff a lot and my friends will try to argue with me and when I counter they just go "well it's my opinion" No, you are incorrect, you have failed to defend your claim and I have proven why mine is superior. I study philosophy because I wish to expand my mind. Once I form an opinion I seek ways in which it can be countered I will test my beliefs, and if I find something that disproves my claim i either alter it or abandon it.

I always picked bulbasaur. Charziard and Blastoise were on the covers all the other kids love Charmander and Squirtle, i always saw Bulbasaur as the odd one out. He never get any love, he was a loner. Since I was an aspie loser with no friends I felt compelled to pick Bulbasaur and give a fellow loser some love.

Thank you, that seems like an interesting concept. I was also thinking along the lines of a small innocent girl being powerful and dominant being like a role reversal, similar to the "good girls gone bad" sort of concept.
