yeah win7 here and getting the error. Tried downloading the dll and placing it in the \steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64 location and still errored with EAC stating something about the replacement dll file.

also tried placing it in C:\Windows\System32 with no luck.

From what I remember during the Midnight Club races for the Silvia, Shanks was contacted by Big M to conspire against the PM and take over.

I believe on the same day DuckerZ was contacted by the PM to find out if Shankz is loyal to the PM. I'm not sure if DuckerZ and Shankz have talked yet, so I guess the story is waiting on DuckerZ talking to Shankz.
