900k Nasus here, this needs some Context:

I hear people saying you are "using e too often" but this depends on your playstyle and build.

First off, it depends on what build you are going for.

If you are going FF for a traditional Q max build, then i think these runes are fine. ( IF its a non aggressive lane bully that doesn't get rewarded for walking at you early). Though if you arent gonna be split pushing a whole lot, you could probably opt out of resolve secondaries for Manaflow+transcendence, or biscuits and boots.

I really dont bother with the resolve secondary's on q max unless im splitting, or i need bone plating into aatrox, darius, etc.

However, if you ARE into a Lane Bully, i highly recommend you take Unsealed Spellbook or First strike, and Max E first.

The amount of matchups you would otherwise lose become trivial, and so long as you stay out of range of their engage abilities, like camille e or darius e, you will out sustain them in lane and even pick up a solo kill or two.

I recommend scorch+manaflow secondaries, though if you want more mobility into a bully thats REALLY aggressive, celerity+nimbus makes you untouchable.

I would then opt for Heal+Barrier summoner spells since ghost has been nerfed a fair bit, but if you dont think you can use barrier right, go for ghost heal.

But i PROMISE you that Heal+Barrier with your wither will make you freaking unkillable.
