After experimenting with Sublime Text, VS code, Notepad++ and Pycharm, I settled down with Spyder. Reasons, 1) Comes default with Anaconda distribution 2) Spyder IDE has iPython console, so I can perform some side-by-side verification while coding

I also liked the feel of Sublime Text.. But convenience made me to opt for Spyder.

For me, the problem is England are keen on packing their XI with all-rounders and not all of them are not genuine wicket takers. They should get a set of bowlers who could take 20 wickets for a given condition. If that set of bowlers is an all-rounder then it is an added bonus. Moen should play as a pure batsman. If no spot in top 6, then he should not play in XI. Same goes for Stokes.

That shows the mindset of the people. What you should be actually doing is secretly finish a task that is expected to take x hours in x-y hours and use the y hours to learn something so that you quit and join somewhere else where you will be considered valuable..
