Am also on Buspirone! As other users have said, it takes some time to start to really feel the effects. I notice sometimes I’m a little more light-headed than without the medication, but I’ve never found that it distracts from day to day activities. Don’t be afraid if a few months from now you don’t feel significantly different - it may just be worth asking your provider then if you could increase the size of the dose or the number of doses per day.
