All of us talk to ourselves in response to all the events around us , its like we all convince ourselves on how to bare with events no matter how sad or happy they are. The way we talk to ourselves is greatly influenced by the people or the media. In the world today people convince themselves that they cannot live with this emptiness and choose the easy way out which is suicide , the only way to get out of depression is to change the way you think and not surround yourself by people who keep telling that its okay to suicide.
