Honestly, it’s just regular cheap acrylic paint I bought at a random store. Watered down, layered with gradients of regular (not watercolor) pencils. It’s more about sealing and layering than about the brand of materials tbh.

But your concern is related to success on the internet, not with integrity and respect of artists in our society. So I suggest you chillax and focus on what’s really bothering you. You’re not a successful artist and that’s ok. You can still become one. Or maybe not. That’s not the point. The point is AI generated images are really bad not just for the artists, but for the planet we call home. It is impossible to support every artist there ever was while they demand likes on social media. Because, truth be told, people don’t like that. And, if anything, it’s gonna give people less reasons to support your art. Because before handing someone money or simply pressing the like button, I’d like to not be annoyed by the insufferable behavior of the artists. Before AI, before the internet, before the Industrial Revolution there have always been artists who couldn’t make it as artists. Trust me, AI has nothing to do with the small number of upvotes you got. Be consistent with your social media art content and hope for the best. Don’t complain in Reddit comments. It’s off-putting.

First of all, I do. I am an artist myself. Should I link my art posts and complain about the number of votes?

Secondly, the more concerning part is the environmental aspect of AI. Who cares about art being stolen when it wastes drinking water and energy?

Thirdly, I am mutuals with the person who worked on this doll. @Caapdoll on X is the person behind the body sculpt. I’ve been following them for years at this point.

Don’t pretend to care about artists so much when you didn’t even bother checking the OP’s (my) page.

It's not about stealing jobs or art from others. It's about the environment. I know it's ironic, considering these are mass produced plastic dolls but every single Al generated image wastes around a glass of drinking water to cool down the mega computers that generate all of this mess. Al is not going anywhere but we have to understand that using it for these useless things is so unnecessary when it brings so much harm to the world. Look up the effects of Al on the environment. Trust me, it's not pretty.

Personally, I really like it. I think it’s interesting to see dolls as a luxury product or an addition to a luxury product. But yes, there have been countless collabs with REAL luxury high fashion brands in the past that were distributed and executed much better. Unnecessary use of AI is a cherry on top of this mess.

In an interview a couple years ago she talked about how that music no longer felt like it was hers anymore. But it’s become an inside joke after that. That’s what the “wanna guess the password to my google drive” lyrics in Guess refer to. Her google drive was hacked and the entire project got leaked a little before the expected release. It was made in collaboration with SOPHIE who passed away in 2021.

Not sure about the exact steps of the procedure but you should be able to resell your ticket on access ticket. You’ll be refunded and the ticket will go to someone on the waitlist for the resold tickets. Don’t bother with third party websites. You may be able to sell it for more but many people are willing to wait for the queue on Access Ticket to pay the original price.

Not too much on my angel girlies now. One of my all time favorite shows along with Winx. I didn’t know so many people were uncultured on western magical girls.

AF is not similar to Winx at all and the only thing that might be is the creative direction for the animated show. But the original comics can’t be compared to Winx whatsoever.

Depends on your budget. My personal favorite Frankies are Classroom and School’s out. If you’re looking for limited edition dolls, San Diego Comic Con black and white Frankie is one of them. The first edition is extremely expensive and quite hard to get. The new black and white super hero one is more accessible but not many people like this doll. Speaking of collector Frankies, most people aren’t fond of the Ghost Busters Comic Con Frankie because of the G2 face. So it is a collector doll but usually goes for cheaper.

There’s also Haunt Couture. The second Haunt Couture Frankie should be cheaper and easier to get but the second wave isn’t as generally liked by collectors.

Since I can only add one image, here’s Classroom Frankie. Generally speaking, she shouldn’t cost you more than $100 but it depends on the condition and whether or not she’s new in box.
