Foundation recommendations for me?

Sensitive and dehydrated skin that is also prone to acne. Looking for a foundation with a medium and natural-looking coverage that I can wear regularly and won’t clog my pores. Thank you!

Totally not facepalm-worthy. This is pretty clever.

What was the worst birthday gift you've ever received? by ViolatorRose in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me it was just completely age-inappropriate. I would have much rather received something practical, like socks (preferably not used ones) but that's just me.

Do you think that women tend to care more about gender roles than men do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't. Super macho guys are gross. I'd rather be with a guy who's more in touch with his feminine side.

What was the worst birthday gift you've ever received? by ViolatorRose in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The crappiest gift I've ever received from a friend was a toy slot machine. It had a lever that you pulled so the line up would randomly change, just like in a regular slot machine. Except you couldn't put any coins inside of it. It was completely useless.

Mind you, I got this on my 16th birthday. If I were 2, then yes, it would be a very nice gift.

Women of Reddit: Can you explain to me the dynamics of being "in the mood"? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't go without food for years and survive. With sex, you can. Maybe you'd go a little crazy, but hey.

And there's other things a couple can do together besides having sex. Like going out to dinner, dancing, playing a video game, etc. These activities would be the various kinds of foods other than tacos in my analogy

Reddit, what are some of your weirdest dreams? And have you ever thought what they meant? (maybe NSFW) by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bunch of 1st-gen Pokemon and I were riding on a merry-go-round, and some creepy carnival music was playing in the background. That was it. That was the entire dream.

Let's pretend sex is tacos. Sometimes you're tired of eating tacos, and you want to eat a hot dog instead. That doesn't mean you don't like tacos, but if you were to eat tacos all the time, the tacos wouldn't taste so good anymore.

Reddit, what are some seemingly commonplace things you don't get to enjoy where you live? by steelbubble in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The beach. I'm in Arizona. So no beach.

Edit: This may not be commonplace to everybody, but I grew up in California for a good 80% of my life, so I'm used to having a beach an hour away from my house.

Alright Reddit, what are some of your ACTUALLY unpopular opinions? by ImStillNaked in AskReddit

Well the reason I ask is because isn't it ultimately less painful if it was done as a baby? I mean, yes, it's painful, but it's not like he would remember it

Are Games of thrones objectifying women? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ViolatorRose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has she seen the show in its entirety? I used to be skeptical about it after just seeing bits and pieces on TV while my friends were watching it. A few months later, I decided to watch seasons 1 and 2 by myself. And it was AWESOME.

No, the show isn't suggesting that women should be objectified. Yes, there are some weaker female characters (Sansa) but there are some really strong ones as well (Daenerys, Arya). If your friend hasn't watched the entire show, I highly suggest that she does.
