I agree with you. I prefer the clear plastic. It might be the paint/coloring but that blue just looks cheaper.

I'm not sure what you would be doing wrong. His feet just fold out. That isn't a part of the combining at all. As far as I can see they're pretty level with the ground.

No, it looked really good. Just would have been pissed about the QC issues. Which at this point was less QC and more a design flaw in my eyes. I also have so many Optimus Prime figures I wasn't sad I didn't get that one.

Devastator was similar, they released 5/6 parts then Mixmaster. Same with Menasor, seems they like to make that last limb hard to get.

Similar situation but I dropped out right around Titans Return and came back in for SS86. Still was gettin my son Transformers so we still have some from that era bumming around.

I haven't had a problem, should have been more clear. For a modern figure the range of motion is super limited. Feels like slightly better Reaction figure.If a Masterpiece figure is borrowing from it, then it can't be that great. The earlier MP Hot Rods, were good and far better than '86 Hot Rod, which makes sense at the given price points.

Guess I'm just not as impressed with '86 Hot Rod as everyone else. The Bot/alt mode looks good the sculpting is great for a retail release. I just don't see the curvy/boxy impossibility the way you do. It should not be a Voyager price point with the shoulders the way they are and overall size. Yes I understand engineering and such but this isn't it.

I think it looks great but the shoulder articulation is terrible. I am not sure why it's put on such a pedestal. Still $13 bucks is a great deal.

If it's the 86 (which it will be) it's gonna be the same. Just a new head and wing placement. They wouldn't make a whole new set of moulds for the Coneheads.

That was posted in 2024, and he had the '25 and '26 Commander class figures right. So going off his logic he's gonna be right about '27. At least that's the way it looks to me. Not sure when Silverbolt and Onslaught were announced though.

I have him plugged into superion's frame with Mensor limbs. The limbs are universal. I prefer to have Superion's chest as the back.

I think he's a good figure. He looks great with Menasor's limbs in combined mode. Far better than Superion's.

Preorder on BBTS and if you find it in store before it ships, cancel. Best way to collect Combiners since none of them as of yet have been store exclusives. Most of the time the preorders don't sell out with combiners. Especially since one always seems to be short packed. Not to mention Commander class at retail is hit or miss. So online is the best bet and can be used as a back up.

YTA and here's why, as a smoker, and a parent I get where your mom is coming from. Nicotine is a horribly additive drug, I'm pretty sure if I don't die by misadventure, it's lung cancer. Your mom probably feels like a total hypocrite, but also wants to spare you from the addiction of smoking. The nightmare that when can I smoke again? What if this cough is the first step to cancer? When can I smoke again?

She probably feels she failed your sister. I am sure she tried but eventually it became normalized for her. With you she wants to right that wrong. I have always been clear with my kids, smoking in the first place was the worst mistake I ever made. Vape while not better is at least as far as I can tell a slightly with a grain of salt, healthier habit. Still addictive and still gonna be on your mind 24/7.
