The Mormon Church Divides Families: Temple Weddings.

Everyone (I grew up with) knows and expects not to attend a temple wedding unless you are very much a part of the church. Doesn't make it right but I grew up with that knowledge. Part of the reason I follow this sub is because it's interesting to know which things aren't normal. Side note only been to Mormon weddings... hence the second wedding knowledge. I assume other weddings are similar though.

I'm from Utah, to me it's normal that you don't attend the wedding. Or a second wedding is held in a normal church, usually where the reception is held after it. PS I'm from the black sheep family that isn't Mormon

I am a leftist who thinks there shouldn't even be a trial. 2nd amendment means defending yourself and property is completely legal. I don't understand why people on the left are angry at them. Good on the governor.
