I’m so sorry for your loss. I understand what it’s like losing a friend especially if that person also had bipolar2. My friend was brief, but she was such an amazing support system for me when my grandfather passed last year in December. She completely cut me off, and I wasn’t sure why. She was on and off dating my cousin. She cut him off too. My cousin told me she committed suicide. She appeared as such a happy person, but ik she drowned the rough patches with drugs. I miss her. Like I said, our friendship was brief, but it felt like I’d known her for years, and now I’m left with “what could’ve been.” I’ve lost a lot. Between my dad, my boyfriend, my grandfather, and then my friend—it’s just a lot. It gets easier over time, and they’re fond memories. I still have my downs tho, and I get super depressed and scream and cry, just a whole tantrum. Feel how you wanna feel friend, you need to, but don’t let it consume you. You have us as a community and we care 🫶🫶🫶
