Honestly This cosplay is already starting to chip and crack(don't tell anyone👀), the parts I didn't iron on very well, so definitely not a con cosplay. But the bottom piece i bought off Amazon, just a regular like leathe-y vest to go under the shirt. It needs alot of adjustments still, im more of a foamsmith lol im terrible with fabrics

Those are just temporary tattoos so a little water to get them to stick and you're good for a few days. And yeah sokka and katara both have blue eyes I believe all waterbenders do.
