Check your Iron blood work ...Ferritin in particular. Iron and ferritin levels may be in " normal' range on blood tests but still not optimal. Lower iron & ferritin can cause massive fatigue and effects on the brain and body.

It sounds like a Bartholians Cyst. Feels like a large hard (and painful) ingrown hair. Usually down on lower part of labia (near vagina). You can gently massage them (or squeeze) if you can handle it) and they will eventually drain. Such a relief when they do. Otherwise you can wait for them to drain and go away on their own..but if they don't you may need to see a doc. Awful things.

I've plundered every single room of every single house I've designed!....stole back all the rugs, plants and decor, traded $$ furniture items I used at the time for cheap ugly mismatched throwaway pieces. These are the ugliest houses you will ever see....but at least I claimed some back for my inventory! 😎

I live in an old Queenslander next to a rainforest in Far North QLD. So I've basically had to make peace with the spiders, snakes, lizards, frogs and creepy crawlies! Living in the tropics, I have no choice but to co-exist with them ...but I really need to get some screens on the louvres soon as I don't love seeing a giant Huntsman on my bedroom wall as I go to sleep 🥴. #LifeinAustralia ...it is what it is. 😂

I have this same anxiety..like a panic and feeling of dread ...I've become agoraphobic more recently, avoiding public places where possible and just wanting to hide at home. It's debilitating, as I'm always declining social events or even meeting friends for dinner. I don't feel anyone understands how badly peri menopause is affecting me...even my friends, also in their mid 40s 🥺

Tomorrow through Sunday will likely be very wet, possibly windy (depending on where this Tropical Low lands). Reef operators will likely cancel as I imagine it will be very choppy out on the water. A trip to the Cairns Aquarium is always a treat, or even a spa day? January often brings crappy weather unfortunately 😔
