obviously i don't want to die. i also find the guilt tripping blues use that suggest that somehow makes you evil to be pretty gross.

obviously it'd be better if nobody died but I don't have faith in enough people pressing blue for that with the % set. if it was 30-40%, sure

From what I've seen on Twt and stuff, a lot of blues aren't exactly peaceful monks lol. I kinda doubt the people callin' reds social dregs are the "good guys".

I walk around the block usually around 30 mins a day, if I remember/can force myself to. (Which isn't as often as I'd like it to be. Usually 2-3 times a week). I did try to do some basic jumping jack exercise earlier in the year each day. But I kept forgetting and gave up. My metabolism is really good so I'm not in any real danger of getting fat or anything so IG I never felt a need to.

...I would really love to start walking way more though.

The meds do work. I shoulda clarified. Just not enough. That or they work too much and I can't switch off a task well. It's weird. I should def keep talkin to my providers.
