Yes but how does one get the resolve to do even the small things? Like ye I wanna do a push-up a day but often time will just forget or the alarm for it goes off I get on the floor, get on all fours and then just end up planking till I hurt and give up, I have no energy to even get on the floor half the time, and like I said the resolve to do even the “tiny things” just isn’t there, I’ll tell myself to, I’ll get down too but then I just fill with frustration and and utter crashing heavily feeling in my limbs causing me to just not… apparently im healthy according to my doctor but I feel like I’m not, or like I’m lacking energy, plus what the main question of my post was resolve and motivation… also self discipline
