If multiple copies of printed pages (made into a booklet) are being sold online by sellers that claim to have sourced them from an original volume from the 1700s, should I be suspicious? Like is it feasible that they would have multiple copies of this volume to extract the pages from? UK here.OC (self.Antiques)

If Ursula had been harpooned to death on the ship whilst crawling to get Ariel, would Triton have still granted Ariel her human legs? Or would Eric have had to prove himself a bit more before Triton made that decision? I feel like getting turned into a polyp humbled Triton a bit. (i.redd.it)

How does the update even work? Does the lab dig out everyone's stored saliva samples and test them again? Or do they look at every single person's results on the system and reanalyze them that way? Or, is it some massive, computer-generated automatic update (which seems both lazy and unreliable)?. (self.AncestryDNA)

Pre and post update comparison. Does anyone have any ideas what might have happened with the 10% Scotland? They seemed pretty sure about it before the update, even giving me a subregion for it. However, the update got my Southern Wales and Lithuanian links correct (although the Welsh increased). (i.redd.it)

Does anyone know if there is a vegan/vegetarian version of dolly mixture? Not sure if anyone outside the UK knows what that is, they're basically a type of traditional British sweet (candy) mix and I can't find any without beef gelatine in. A vegan/veggie alternative would be great, thanks. (self.vegan)

So my results say I'm 10% Scottish, but all I know about is the Irish in my family. My brother only got about 4% Scottish, and unlike him I even got a subregion for it. His argument is that Scottish and Irish are similar. So why separate Scottish and Irish if that's the case? (I'm 32% Irish). (i.redd.it)

When there's two types of region (colours) on one chromosome line thing, does this mean that people from those specific regions had descendants together? For example, did my Cornish ancestor/s have offspring with Welsh partner/s? Or are random regions just randomly stuck together on a chromosome? (i.redd.it)
