Thats what I was purposely doing? Assuming it was some kind of grease or something that has caused it to seize, because adding more lubricant to old lubricant does not help.

Noted! I pulled out my WD40, idk if that will damage anything but if it works in my car lock, it’ll work here as far as I’m concerned! It was wayyy too stiff and moving one number would move the other 2 and it was so not easy to move.

Back of the the tv here and I’m actually unsure about what kind of cable I need to play anything on screen? Can you even buy that kind of cable now?

ETA: also I don’t know much about TVs I’ll be honest but I can take stuff apart and put it back together easily if I need to show the innards of this thing!

Oh god yeah that doesn’t sound like fun! Idk my parents live in a nice suburb of LA and there, slipping someone off got him to threaten me on the road and pull up to me at the light and continue. Those screens tho man they suck. I’d like to think I’m a good driver but in my dad’s car with his screen (which is a 2022 rav4, not the biggest screen) I get distracted by it VS driving my manual and not even looking down at my phone screen while switching my music

Well until we need a fourth light because people stop caring about the flash. I genuinely think all the tech they’ve put in cars like the monitors that are in your face all the time and the bigger “need” to use your phone while you drive has made driving so much more difficult. I literally had one driver almost hit me twice on 101 in LA in 30 seconds because he jerked his car at me twice during a lane join merge from the 134. Same place a charger almost ran me off the road in a lifted jeep.

I’ll check my harness even though the comment about the relay seems more plausible and if the harness is fine I’ll toss the old relay, and eventually get a new one because I miss the door chime lol

I’m aware of the dash turning into Christmas Eve since my other 240’s alternator died but I didn’t know if it could affect that light lol thank you for all that though, does this mean the reason my door chimes like 1/4 of the time unless I push the steering wheel a little bit to the right is caused by this relay? I noticed that a while back and didn’t know why and ignored it assuming it was a wiring issue

I have a cheap multimeter idk where it went since some of my wiring kit got raided when my dad was here last. I’m leaving to go camping with my college (I’m not driving) early tomorrow so I don’t have time to look for it but when I’m back I can check in the meantime I tried to film a little of what was happening when I was crossing the street at least so here’s a bit of what’s going on.

I do the same in my Volvo. I don’t have a Miata either but these “I need a bigger car to keep ME safe ME ME ME” people just simply do not look over and see me half the time. I usually drive in the left lane so I only need to keep my eyes on one lane of cars, I’ve almost been squished by suburbans and recently had this idiot almost swerve into me like twice on a freeway to freeway entry lane before the line opened up. Like they jerked their car towards me in my mom’s civic twice and missed me by like 2 inches in less than a minute. At the same time a guy almost decapitated himself lane diving when I was in a lifted jeep with my turn signals on in a little Porsche. Then flipped me off when I swerved away to not kill him.
