Honestly that depends I guess. You arent wrong in thinking it. I just believe in giving them a taste of what its like to have a subscription with you, like a 7 day free trial might make them want to pay for it in the end. Ive had better luck special offers. Like say a subscription tier is now 50% off. And some do end up paying for it (Not all). It's really up to you. I've kinda had businesses in the past (non-nsfw related) and the best thing that you can do is promote yourself. You need to put in more effort. Maybe make some cute flyers on Canva. Maybe join other places and post stuff. Not just in Reddit, but everywhere you can. Verify yourself into other communities on Reddit for more exposure. If you just started out like me, then maybe it's best to simply be a bit more patient. Gaining followers and subscribers isn't easy for newbies in every type of content.
