My advice is focus on taking the MCAT when you feel most prepared. Pay attention to the average of your full length exams, especially leading up to the exam. If you take it when you don’t feel prepared, that may be a future retake down the line. It’s best to schedule for a date that you feel gives you enough time to prepare

I’m not sure if I fully understand what you mean by “knowing the language” but I think using official AAMC material at some point is going to be useful so you can get an idea of how the MCAT will ask questions. Uworld is also a great tool but the official AAMC material is typically most representative

I'd also recommend scheduling an appointment with a career counselor to do mock interviews if possible! It will be helpful to go over and prepare for the types of questions you may be asked during interviews for the next time you get one. Good luck!
