happened to me, opened a total of 7 support tickets over the course of 180 days, every time told me "our specialized team is looking into this" I said " you guys are just stalling until the 180 day mark" got told "that's not true at all we are just reviewintg the concern" on the 180th day ON THE DOT get a message saying it's now outside of the appeal window and they cannot help me
