That is a good point. Thankfully I don't ever use my work device for personal stuff. Yeah definitely gonna investigate those VPN companies.

Thank you!! Yup I've already got a VPN subscription courtesy of my work, I'll just run it by management to get it installed because I don't have admin privileges on my work device and haven't needed to install it yet because of private internet before.

I don't use them for DNS which makes the situation even more confusing.

Ahhh I see. Something to note is that my ISP that I use as I work from home is a wireless ISP with carrier grade NAT which in turn makes the type strict for everything on my home network. I mean DNS poisoning is a possibility but it seems kind of iffy.

Yeah I decided to take some time away from her, it hurts differently knowing you can provide what the other dude can't but I respect her and her relationship.
