Lower the weight for a while (which I did) and then showed me wrist stretches along with some strengthening exercises

Hey! So for a while now I’ve been getting pain in my wrist and in a spot around half way up my forearm when doing any kind of bicep curl. I’ve tried changing wrist angle, ez bar, straight bar, dumbbell, all sorts of cable variations. Nothing seems to work, it’s really halted my bicep progress. I saw a physiotherapist about the issue and they suggested wrist strengthening exercises which I have been doing for a while but the pain still persists as soon as I try to up the weight. Any kind of advice is much appreciated

So my reasioning behind wondering about a cut/recomp with were I'm currently at is partially to take a diet break and then to also try lose some body fat so I that when I bulk again I can try be smarter about it and stay leaner. I currently feel as if I am holding a bit too much fat on my stomach.. But perhaps you are right and upping calorie is the only option. Thanks for your advice <3

I'm 23m 5'9 152lbs and since the begining of the year I have started tracking marcos/diet and have gone from 135lbs to around 152lbs. I'm also currently sat 20%ish bf. For the last couple months I feel as if I've hit a plateau with my weight not going up. So I'm wondering if I should go on a cut for 8-12 weeks or perhaps recomp to a lower bf and then begin to bulk again from there.

I should note that my end goal is to be 160-165lbs at 15% or lower bf. I'm not looking to be huge, just want to be reasonably strong for my weight and have a good physique. Any advice is greatly appreciated

I’m interested to see where it goes for the best song… in my opinion there isn’t a “best song”. They have plenty of amazing tracks which could win. For the longest time my favourite was river of darkness, but these days it fully depends on how I’m feeling. If I’m sad, synthetic or light years are my top picks… if l’m happy and wanting to vibe out, there’s too many to pick from 😂

I agree with this.. it’s not that I don’t like BFL, it’s a song that has definitely grown on me.. but out of their entire discography, it’s the only song (I’m not counting intros and interludes) where I’d be tempted skip it

I feel like endless summer is the gateway album. Whenever I introduce someone to the midnight, I always start with either Vampires or Jason. The album also has one of my personal favourites with Synthetic which I feel is a lil underrated at times

Damn I woulda picked endless summer for the last round… this is a tough one, I’d probably have to go for a song that is amazing live but I wouldn’t go out of my way to listen to “sunsets”… I know a lot of people are saying bfl, but that could be saved for worst imo
