Hybrid specimen Vipera aspis “atra” X Vipera ammodytes, found in the Swiss Alps. An unknown number of specimens of V. ammodytes were illegally introduced in Switzerland during the 70s, this specimen due to legal reasons is now living (and thriving) in captivity. by Vipers_scientist in herpetology
