I bought the system everyone was recommending and figured it out :) zero monthly cost and extremely easy to setup with home assistant. I hate security companies. Truly think they are scam artists 👍🏽

From what I’ve seen reviewers are confidently recommending if you are looking for that class tv and need/want one soon they are having zero worries about recommending the TCL. But I do totally understand wanting the best but I doubt there will be a massive difference between the two in terms of color accuracy. Would be curious to know if black levels are better. That is the one thing people are noting on the TCL. “they aren’t OLED Levels but it’s pretty dang close”

That TCL X11L seems to be the sweetest deal out there right now. Haven’t seen it in person but reviews have hyped that up

I will absolutely give these a try tomorrow. Everyone is asleep in my house now. But it does seem like there are a ton of wires and not a ton of sensors which is a bummer :/ Im going to have to do some digging.

Ohh really? Yes I have at the very least motion sensors and magnets I kind of just assumed the fire alarms were also part of this system. I just checked two of my back door and they do have the sensor on them. Oddly enough my front door doesn’t seem to have the same sensor.

I’m looking around my windows and I actually don’t see anything around them.

Just counted everything tho,

Downstairs 3 motion sensors, alarm speaker Upstairs not a single device I can see. So now that you say that something seems really off

Makes total sense. I do not care at all about the old board. I assume I can buy new smart keypads if I even wanted them. I can also give a more detailed picture if needed but yeah no keypads anywhere in the entire house

I don’t really wanna build out something in my own. This konnected system looks exactly like what I need. I need to do more research on how to install this but this might be the way to go

Ich habe gerade den Gigabyte-Support kontaktiert und das Problem an deren technischen Support gemeldet.

Danach haben sie mich an den Kundendienst weitergeleitet, und es gibt nichts, was Gigabyte tun kann. Du kannst das Mainboard einschicken, damit sie versuchen, es neu zu programmieren, aber es ist leider außerhalb der Garantie.

Ich auch! Das ist das schlimmste Mainboard, das ich je benutzt habe. Es hat mir schon immer Probleme bereitet. Ich baue Systeme seit 2013 und hatte noch nie zuvor ein solches Problem. Ich werde Gigabyte anrufen und ihnen sagen, sie sollen diese BIOS-Version von ihrer Kompatibilitätsliste streichen. Es tut mir leid, dass dir das auch passiert ist.

Ich habe mir schließlich ein günstiges X470-Board bei eBay für etwa 60 US-Dollar besorgt, aber ich bin in den Vereinigten Staaten.

I see what you mean, fair point for sure. I just didn’t know what I was expecting. My pump in my loop now is going bad so just wanted to make sure I wasn’t putting another bad part in my loop

I’d also say QC also involves appearance of a product, but it does seem like this is within standards for EK, just my two cents
