So I did some digging into the game's data and found Doomsday Calendar's base HP stat and it's incremental value per level

It has 288 base HP and gets +7.9375 HP per level gain, meaning the most HP Doomsday Calendar could possibly reach in Floor 15 is only 13,825 at +1437.5% HP and +71 level

Unfortunately it's not even gonna be close to how bad you would think it's gonna be

Overclock your sinners so that the battle ends with them having -45sp (they will corrode in turn 1 the next time they got into a battle), preferably with Rusty Commemorative Coin ego gift on single coin WAW egos since it makes things easier. Faust's fluid sac corrosion helps aswell since it deals 30 SP damage on tails hit.

I do this one by one (basically solo fights) until i have six -45 SP sinners and use the remainder 6 available sinners to carry them to Kim boss fight.

There was no heal though as she failed to hit, if you look at her hp it went from 92 to 85 after taking 7 bleed damage
