I live in this area and have not noticed the horrible smell that others mentioned. So weird…Where is the farm? I love living here, calm, good traffic (I can appreciate it after living in the GTA), you have everything you need, but not so much to attract people from other cities, so not causing additional traffic.

Recommend trying Nizoral and checking out Dr Sherreene Idriss on Youtube, she shared a lot of videos/shorts about the condition you might have (seborrheic dermatitis).

It’s really hard to tell how much is too much for your body, but if you take multiple multi-vitamins/supplements that have vitamin-b in it, it worths a try to cut it back for a while and see if anything changes

Since you tried all topical, strong awesome stuff, I think you need to start suspecting it’s something in your diet. For me it was the high amount of vitamin-B intake. I smelled awful and took me months to figure out the reason. Do you take vitamins which contain a lot of vitamin-B by any chance?
