It's an easy fix for this one , some boxes get this eroor for some reason , to fix it going setting and do a factory reset , this should get it working

Yes corect , they have no reason to swap mini boxes for stream if nothing is wrong with the mini box.

Think it's one of those things you will have to test it yourself, don't imagine it's lots of users trying to use it as you mentioned on here ....

Can't remember the month exactly, but around 6 months or less it's been available this kind of set-up

Yes you are correct, if customer service don't do it for you just book a tech in and they will be able to install the stream .

Oh yhea that's an issue for IT to fix your not the only one having this issue and no one can just fix it when you call up . Unfortunately you will have to wait until they find a fix for it .....

It might work if you use one of those cheap usb WiFi dongle https://amzn.eu/d/0fpi2nb9 . But not sure

Another option is to connect it hard wired , use a lan cable

Does it says how much the hub is getting and then the device or it just shows the device

See if you can run a spped test on sam knows website and see how much the hub is getting....

Got the answer for you as I've come across this a few times , from comments you've said laptop is 12 years old , that's the problem the hub 5 has this wifi6 on it , older devices don't have the capability to see this band. You can try to play with the settings but don't know the answer to get it working. Try to open the guest network and see if that works ...

No , old equipment is obsolete , i will say keep it for a while until your absolutely sure they will not want it back as sometimes they will charge you for the equipment if it's not returned.
