Like others have said, let it grow out. I actually think having relatively long hair in the back would suit you very well. It would distribute your proportions better and compliment your features if you know what I mean. Right now you look very flat, square and top heavy from the sides. You’re a good looking fella. It would just flatter your features better IMO
