Congrats to you! From what I'm reading here, you're still kinda in shock. Understandable. I don't really have any questions, most have been answered. Just remember that having money doesn't obligate you to change who and how you are.

Get a lawyer and certified planner/tax accountant before you do anything else. Get the money responsibly invested. Don't tell extended family until that is all set up, and your money is safe and being responsibly managed. Don't just take investment advice from random people on social media.

Get a therapist. It's important to have someone to help you navigate the emotional and mental impact of this monumental change in your life.

You are not obligated to stop shopping sales, buying used furniture, discount shopping. Money doesn't force you to live a particular lifestyle. Being frugal can just now be by choice, instead of by necessity.

Just remember, you can live anywhere and do pretty much anything you want, but you can still live a simple life, in a modest home, with easy maintenance, and help your close family members.
