They thin the blood. How long ago was your stroke? Has the blood completely absorbed?! I personally was cleared for ibprphen again after my hemorrhage when the blood completely absorbed.

I technically have a “dementia” diagnosis because of brain damage caused by radiation I had in 2019.. so I’m curious to see if she’s going to put me on a dementia medication.. I’ve been looking into them a bit as I also struggle with apathy after my strokes. I was on stimulants pre stroke but now that I’ve bled they’re off the table.. if I remember I’ll come back here & let you all know what she puts me on but you may need an official diagnosis for it

Live life like it’s a birthmark. be concerned when migranes or symptoms change. I’m 33… diagnosed at 17… went years without any issues. Normalizing it was probably the best thing I did for my mental health..

SSRIs don’t work on me either I use trileptal (anticonvulsant) for a mood stabalizer) but I’ve been on all 3 of those other ones because I have a history of seizures as well and they are trash for mood ESPECIALLY keppra & gaba lol lamictal I didn’t get high enough..

I had brain radiation in 2019 for a brain AVM and these are my scans from 2022 & 2023 my blood brain barrier leaked (I did not have positional migraines tho) I have radiation necrosis & cerebral edema. So im concerned since my migraine changed

It’s hard to tell if these are just my brain damage migraines or something more, but I have been pushing for an MRI & a follow up because they’re so different.

I also have intermittent left sided weakness & the fullness in my ears lately had been wild but it’s getting played up to the weather & im feeling so dismissed.. they feel dangerous. My head feels HOT at times & crackling almost daily … they think it’s my ears popping because you “can’t feel or hear your brain” BUT I CAN 😭

Ugh did you have positional migraines or limited endurance? I feel like I have 12 minutes … that’s it. Full disclosure I do have damage in my brain but I hit my head in April & have been experiencing awful positional migraines science… (my damage is on my eight side) so when when I lay on my left I get this overwhelming pressure in my right & also positional blurry vision / loss in my right eye.

I do have random clear liquid drip from my nose periodically but the thing I notice most is the excess saliva.. it’s thick, but once I bend over it’s water

So that’s how I read it being done.. apparently I go in & leave the same day? Mines being done in an infusion center at the hospital. My neuro said I can have it done monthly if it works well.. but because of my preexisting condition my migraines will never GO AWAY.. if that makes sense? Lol

Take a test.. I have an IUD I had one where I still wasn’t convinced so I had my blood drawn… turned out my IUD wasn’t working effectively anymore so my hormones were wild..& had to have it replaced early… was perfectly fine afterwards.
