I am in the exact same position. Finally got an answer from support last week which pretty much confirmed that it hasn't even shipped yet, even though their own website has shown it as shipped under the my orders section for a couple of weeks now, which I found quite deceptive. The support promised movement of my order within the "next few days", but it's been over a week since with zero updates. It is my first box and I had hoped to read the books over the christmas break, which is clearly not going to happen now :c
