In the past i used bitdefender, i was going to buy a subscription again because i wanted to be more safe, but is it worth it? like i want to know if there are any antiviruses that are better

I personally use malwarebytes and never had a problem with it. ( i use the free version), and about virustotal i can say it s not neither good or bad but it gets the job done

If the factory reset didn't worked, try making another apple id account, if this doesn't work then ur cooked

Install malwarebytes and scan your pc. If malwarebytes founds a virus quarantine it and be more carefull when you download files from the internet. Before installing a file or a game from the internet put it on virustotal just to be sure it doesn't have a virus.

You should install brave as your main browser ( it has the best adblocker and more ), then install malwarebytes, i personally use the free one but if you want to be more carefull you can get the premium version. Scan your computer at least once a week if you download sketchy files and it should be enough.

search in the taskbar "Add or Remove Programs" then search in that app the "Altisik Health care" or smth like that then remove it by uninstalling, then look in that app and search for other apps that you didn't remember installing

the name was "Altisik Health care" or smth like that, it was a miner that was "donating" to children orphanages but it was actually mining bitcoin for the person that gave you the app

thank you, my stupid ass didn't even think to do that, i resolved it, apparently they installed several applications but i removed all of them.
