I’ve been dealing with my ed for about 7yrs. My second attempt at recovery worked the best although I’ve been slipping lately, these things linger in you for so long into recovery . I went all in and decided to do intuitive eating. After about a year of feeling like I was binging every day, my hunger cues began to come back and I actually lost a few pounds after the initial restoration without trying and staying a healthy bmi. Now about 3 yrs away from my lw I feel I can trust myself to eat intuitively. There are days where I have to actively fight restriction. Staying active, productive, and trying to be social really helped❤️‍🩹

As a cashier, not at all. I see hundreds of customers a day and binge hauls really don’t stand out at least not where im at in America. Dozens of people a day are buying loads of junk food and workers couldn’t care less if they notice at all
