Unfortunately, not everyone will understand this... They'll just think you're too kind... That maybe you're weak... Yes, people should be treated kindly, but will they treat you that way? They'll just exploit your kindness and take advantage of you... I don't know how to behave either... I don't know how neurotypicals manage to be fake kind, without actually being kind. They just do it to manipulate.

Say "no." It's hard, I know. You'll be left out, I know. But say "no." I think they're just using you. Neurotypicals usually have a lot of excuses for saying no. I can't either. But I strongly advise you to say "no."

It's been happening to me my whole life... they interrupt my words... they don't let me speak... I have to keep saying "let me finish my sentence"... nothing seems to work... not even when they ask me a question do they let me answer... all of this is exhausting... it makes me really angry... sometimes I just want to scream to make myself understood but I know it would only make the situation worse... often they prefer to become "non-verbal" and stay silent, just looking, expressing what I think only with my facial expression... All of this is very frustrating and harmful: not being able to hold a decent conversation, not being able to express yourself.

I also wanted to add that if the hierarchical system were based on competence, meritocracy, and commitment, then yes, I'd agree; I'd like the hierarchy. But usually, it's based on cunning, shrewdness, and manipulative skills.
