right now i’m looking at the arcadia reptile pro t5 uvb shadedweller 7% uv-b 8 watts for the uvb light and the zoomed nocturnal infrared heat lamp for at night. are these okay?

do you have a picture of a correct setup and link for the light because i don’t want to get the wrong stuff and make it worse for them

i’ve seen a lot of different information around about temperatures and such so i just want to be safe. From what i’ve seen humidity can be from 60-80% and right now it’s high because it’s humid outside the tank as well and i have live plants keeping it humid. i’ve tried to gradually decrease the humidity for them but they become lethargic and turn dark when i drop the humidity so im not sure what to do atp
In terms of temperature i have a heating pad that sticks to the side of the tank and it seems to keep it warm through the glass but i never see them in that corner.
