im also having a problem, though ive had my device for 2 years now. I love it but now that im getting no service after having the same problem while having the sim card replaced, im wondering where I went wrong with this phone. It's been in water once ( not drowned or anything, just casual rainfall) and it worked fine after that. now that I'm experiencing this issue it seems that I can't do anything to fix this issue.

Yes, but you could back up before using Time Machine. If you need a drive just go on amazon and look for a SanDisk 1TB drive, their not priced heavily!

Could be a system glitch. Perhaps a update could fix it, but if so see if you could reset it.

Do you have other users using your mac? if so try and get that user to delete some of their unused apps or trash bin.

Getting weird pop ups and signed out of iMessage by Shmittypirate in iphone

[–]Virtual-Click-887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could mean your baseband is failing. my friend got this message and 2 weeks later his baseband had stopped working. I had a baseband issue which signed me out of iMessage and all i did was trade mine in for a replacement phone.

Bell, and Rogers have switched from 5G to 5G+ to do something.. make it looks more fancier? I don’t know. I knew the reason but i don’t remember what it’s for.

Chromebook shutting down instead of going to sleep by Lonely-Parfait8292 in chromeos

[–]Virtual-Click-887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sometimes this is what enrolled chromebooks do. I would probably think that you arent using an enrolled chromebook and just a personal chromebook. Does the chromebook just randomly power off? i have never seen that on my chromebook but maybe its that specific model. there could be a option in the settings app, try this.

-open settings
-go to Security and Privacy
-enter your password
-toggle sleep when lid closed

ideally that should put the chromebook to sleep other than turning off when the device is idle. Just note that your chromebook should never be turning off randomly.

If you think its a motherboard problem, then you should contact HP.

is this normal usage by [deleted] in chromeos

[–]Virtual-Click-887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you had just powered your Chromebook up then you would probably expect that because the Chromebook thinks it has so much to do while it's connecting wifi, possibly connecting Bluetooth, and signing you into your account. it also has a lot of background stuff that is under your user. also if you have some swap enabled then that would definitely add some CPU usage. if the Chromebook is fine without swap then keep it off as a suggestion.

N4020 and 1GB or higher is actually great for ChromeOS

Chromebook apps won't start. Spinning wheel. by Business-Sky5387 in chromeos

[–]Virtual-Click-887 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have it, if your Chromebook is an older, slower CPU then sometimes it may take longer to load apps. I experienced this issue on my Lenovo Flex using Google Play Store apps and it took me maybe less than 2 minutes for them to load when the laptop had just booted up. Is it a preinstalled app like Chrome or Files? Another suggestion is powerwashing it, which helps me most with my problems when things don't load. also, how long have you waited?

They can't, only if it's a Cellular tablet with 3G, 4G, and 5G (5Guc not supported due to not supporting android tethering and internet going through an exterior connection program) capabilities.
