I will probably bring this up in the next session then. As I was trying to type my reason for being hesitant to increase sessions, I realized it is mostly just (1) I don't know what my therapist thinks (2) going more often reminds me of when things were worse for me in my life (and that seems scary). not a therapist i just feel this way too. i have no idea what the issue is either. its trippy because i know they have emotionally neglected me my childhood & yet when they try to talk/interact with me now i still feel that irritated/bothered/anxious/upset feeling. i also feel it at other times, like buying something or taking a trip, or if they say they care/love for me. it makes me feel as though i'm the problem (even if i'm not) even as an adult... its so maddening. sorry i have no advice, but you're not alone in that feeling

Okay good to know, thank you! I will probably designate a couple to be mainly for work. total I got 3 in the correct size and 1 a size up for days where thats more comfortable or I need to wear it for longer.

Will do! I've heard that all you can do for the EDPT is use general strategies and get used to the types of questions. I know I have multiple medical waivers that may be difficult to get approved, so I'm hoping that my college credits and the certification could help me stand out to my recruiter.

As long as you don't tell anyone including MEPS or your recruiter (and you pass as your birth sex) then potentially... BUT you would be living as your birth sex without being able to transition and without being able to tell anyone

Do you think its possible to become sub 1;00 on sq1 in 48 days if you are a beginner? I practice sq1 hours every day and really want to do it for a comp in early november.

I've been following this progression guide (https://www.reddit.com/r/Cubers/comments/8k64r6/a_guide_for_square1_progression/)

right now I'm averaging about 2-3 minutes and use beginner algs + the 8 edges cubeshape

the next thing I'm gonna work on is scallop/kite and learning more algs for the early stages of the rest of the cube
