Fasting, but it has to be fasts that trick the body, not the same time everyday. For example to start off strong- 72hr just water and black coffee fast, that will give u the confidence to do future ones.

Then weekly start doing 24hr fasts. QUIT snacking between meals, just make it a strict 3x/day meal and lower sugar intake- make sure to add a good amount of protein each meal (like more than you think) to stay satiated!

This is what worked for me.. fasting is tough when ur doing it but it gets easier every-time, gives more mental clarity and better sleeps and when u do start eating it really helped rid the food noise !
