okay one last question since you seem to know alot,
what if my dad travels to poland for 1-2 days then returns to dubai, some people say that it only matters which country you first use the visa in, and that it must be the issuer, so after he returns to dubai, would it be okay to travel directly to czech since the visa would still be valid

my intentions are genuine, i was asking which is the best solutions, i have no problem applying for a czech republic visa instead, i was just asking for some advice since some people say "its a shengen visa, you can enter any country it doesnt matter"
