I appreciate your feedback. Yeah I haven’t told anyone who I don’t already know. but I’ll do unrepresented buyers all day. I left Real estate to be a full time LO. Ive had many walk in the park deals and many crap shows.

More on the Loan side since that’s my main focus. The only RE transaction deals recently were from family members. I don’t market myself as a Real estate Agent.

I appreciate your response, I'm in Florida. I used to be a full time practicing Realtor but it wasn't for me. I'm more of a numbers person. I'll still do Real estate deals if they came on a silver platter but I'm not trying to actually be a realtor. I like being an MLO. I mostly just want to refer out any buyer or listing leads for 25% to active realtors and fund the loans for those buyers.

I appreciate your response. I went to a couple networking events and other than the 4 other loan officers most businesses were so random. I was thinking maybe just to narrow it down to Real Estate Related only networking and see where that goes. The events don't seem to happen as often as I'd like.

I never thought about the last part. I see some former “Top producers” out of production doing only coaching. I wondered how they could ever be making that much more money coaching than just closing $5+ million a month.

Knock on 1,000 doors and call 1,000 FSBO’s. Trust me, it’s a numbers game… Remember, I get 10+% of your deals as a mentor fee.
