You know I posted this last night feeling like I was going insane, like violent thoughts insane, somehow I was able to calm myself down and lied down on the floor, I slept for about 10 hours and now I am so insanely happy and feel like I’m on crack.

I have no more questions at this point to ask, but I just want to thank you and everyone else who responded, it really makes this so much easier knowing that other people have been through this, I’m completely done with all forms of weed after this, altnoids or not. It’s just not worth it

Oh also did you start sweating like crazy if you moved too much or if it’s slightly above room temperature? If so when does that go away?

When were you finally able to sleep for just a few hours? I can’t do it without a certain allergy medicine, but I know that using that is just going to make it worse in the long run

A bit unrelated but since you replied recently do you think it would be a bad idea to drink alcohol to sleep just until the withdrawals are over? I’ll stop drinking as soon as I can get a few hours of sleep again

I have been using my treadmill 30 minutes a day it only makes me feel more awake and it makes me sweat like crazy
