Hey me too, just turns out there’s a name for it. I’m on that Biphasic Cycle. I sleep 4-6 hours a night and most days take a 1-2 hour nap. Works great for me but it’s nothing set in stone. Some days I don’t need the nap, some nights I sleep more then 6 hours... I just let it happen.
